Im bored smoking a cigarette in the kitchen and call for my slave to come over. I make him lie down next to the chair and begin to strangle him with my feet while still sitting on the chair. Then I drop down on him and sit on his chest so I can use my palms to throttle him. When I take my mitts off his mouth and nose I deep-throat the cigarette smoke right into his face - thats good enough air for him. After completing my cigarette I sit down on his belly and strangle him with my feet some more and eventually I stand on his chest with one foot while the other foot keeps his mouth and nose shut :-.
