Her cold look, her sublime appearance and every budge she makes announce that she wants to make each one of them a witness of how well she knows to deal with her slaves. Naked, the delinquent is raised at the stake and soon you can hear the whips hiss and the scream of fear, the lament and whinge of the martyred. And who are the judges that actually impose these penalties? The penalty happens at the fad and arbitrariness of the holder - not because they have done something wrong, but because it is unlikely for them to pay a certain sum to me, for which they could buy their freedom.
